If you already have a lot that is suitable for parking an RV on, find out if it is legal to have someone park their RV on it and stay there. You need to contact your local Government. If there is no problem the next step is to contact Lot Swapping Rvers and let us know why your lot would be a welcome addition to our program. If we agree to come to your lot to check it out for our program you agree to pay part of our expenses - amount to be determined by distance. If you are accepted in our program the Lifetime membership fee is $1500 U.S. Dollars which includes the expenses for us checking your lot out.

When you join Lot Swapping Rvers we will set up your website with pictures of your lot, instructions on how to get to your lot, places and events that you would like for other people to see and enjoy around your site. You will receive a password so that you will be able to enter our members only site and make reservations at any other members RV lot.

You will be responsible for the upkeep, taxes and any other expenses of your lot. Lot Swapping Rvers will be responsible for your website and reservations.

All lots must be in a desirable location, kept up in a fashion that other members will want to visit.
